What We Need From You
1. Please use this Speaker Information Form to provide us with the information that we need.
2. Please use the Upload button to the right to provide us with a) your finished presentation, b) your logo or artwork, (for sponsored webinars) and c) your headshot(s).
Guidelines and Checklists

Please download and review this list of guidelines and checklist of materials you will need for your presentation.
The PowerPoint Template
1. Download the TUG Connects 365 PowerPoint Template and Q&A Slides. (Note: file is .zipped)
2. Do you have a presentation ready, but it's on a different template? Learn how to apply our template to your existing presentation.
3. Starting from scratch and need help? View this for how to use a PowerPoing template from scratch
The Rehearsal. (Yes, it's mandatory!)

Our webinar coordinator will schedule a rehearsal for your webinar 24 hours preceeding it and send you a confirmation email for it. Please keep this in mind when agreeing to present. On the day of your rehearsal, please have all of the equipment and be in the same room that you will be using for the presentation.
Follow Up

Your recorded presentation will be available for you to review 2-3 business days after your live presentation.
