Kathryn Poehling Seymour is the CEO and President of First Supply, where she oversees operations across 53 locations spanning six states. She is a fifth-generation leader, the company’s first female CEO, and a trailblazer in distribution.

With a strong foundation in accounting and a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, Kathryn began her career as a tax consultant at Deloitte before transitioning into leadership roles within her family's business. She is a recognized industry leader, serving as the 2023 President and 2024 Chairperson of the American Supply Association, as well as a board member of the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors.

Kathryn is known for her ability to balance innovation with the rich traditions of her family business. During this Q&A-style discussion, Kathryn will share her journey to leadership, the challenges she’s overcome, and her vision for the future of the distribution industry.
